1⁄2 a 6” watermelon
4 strawberries, cubed
1⁄2 large orange, cubes
1 peach, cubed
50g green grapes, halved
50g blueberries
2 sachets gelatine (14g)
300ml Lipton Ice Tea Mango

Method
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the insides.
- Dissolve the gelatine in 100ml hot water, then add to the Lipton Ice TeaMango
- Layer in the strawberries, then the oranges, then some Lipton jelly mix until it covers the oranges.
- Then, add the peaches, grapes, and blueberries in layers and top with the rest of the Lipton jelly mix.
- Set in the fridge overnight then slice in rainbow wedges.
