  • 200g fresh mango
  • 60ml water
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 20g ginger, slice into thin rounds
  • passion fruit 
  • 660ml Lipton Mango and Passionfruit Kombucha 

Garnish
Sprinkle of dried hibiscus Slices of mango for garnish hibiscus flower

Method

  1. Chop the mango into small cubes and add to pan with 100ml water.
  2. Add the cardamon and ginger then bring to a simmer and cook until the mango has broken down into a sauce.
  3. Add the passion fruit and stir through. Set aside to cool.
  4. Add 50g of the mango sauce to each glass and top with crushed ice.
  5. Pour over the Lipton Mango and Passionfruit Kombucha and sprinkle on the dried hibiscus, add the mango slices and hibiscus flower on top.
