11.5g sachet sugar-free lemon & lime jelly
300ml slimline tonic water
100g blueberries
1/2 tsp orange edible glitter
750ml Lipton Peach Ice Tea

Method
- Tip the lime jelly crystals into a heatproof jug. Bring the tonic water to the boil, then pour it over the jelly crystals and stir until dissolved. Divide the jelly between four long glasses, then chill to set.
- Add 25g of blueberries to each glass (about a handful) and top with ice.
- Stir the glitter into your Lipton Peach Ice Tea and pour it into the glasses.
- Add a wide straw, break up the set jelly at the bottom of the glass and enjoy!
