400ml Lipton Black Lemon Iced Tea (100ml per large ice cube mould)
600ml unsweetened organic oat milk
2 ½ tsp allspice
½ tsp nutmeg, grated
2 sticks cinnamon
2 tbsp agave syrup
For garnish (optional):
Ground cinnamon

Method
- Fill a tray of large ice cube moulds with Lipton Black Lemon Iced Tea and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until completely frozen.
- Heat the oat drink, spices and agave syrup in a medium sized pan, over a low-medium heat. Once the liquid starts to steam and bubble at the edges, remove from the heat, cover with a lid and allow to cool and infuse.
- When ready to serve, divide the Lipton Iced Tea cubes between 4 glasses and pour over the infused chai mixture. Serve with a pinch of ground cinnamon and enjoy the harmony of flavours as the lemon iced tea cubes melt into the spiced chai.
