It's a breeze to whip up these cranberry-rosemary ice cubes. Total table décor goals.
Sip, sip, hooray!
For the cranberry ice cubes:
8.8 oz / 1½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries
24 sprigs of rosemary
2 x 12-hole large square ice cube moulds
Water to top up
For the cranberry honey syrup:
5 oz / 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
8 fl oz / 1 cup water
2 tbsp honey
For the spritz:
3 tbsp cranberry honey syrup per serving (see above)
3 cranberry ice cubes per serving
2 16.9 fl oz bottles of Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry
4 fl oz / ½ cup Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry per serving
2 fl oz sparkling water to top up

Method
- To make the cranberry ice cubes: Divide the cranberries and rosemary between the holes of the ice cube trays and top up with water. Freeze until solid.
- To make the cranberry honey syrup: Put the cranberries in a small saucepan with the water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until all the cranberries have burst, then remove the lid and simmer for 2 more minutes
- Pass the liquid through a sieve into a measuring jug
- Stir in the honey with the jug’s liquid and make up to 12 fl oz / 1 ½ cups with cold water. Cover and chill until ready to use
- To make each spritz: Spoon 3 tablespoons of the cranberry syrup into a tall glass and add 3 cranberry ice cubes
- Pour in your Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry. Give it a swirl with a straw. Top up with sparkling water and enjoy!
